During the covid 19, one of our custom form Australia find us according to the Alibaba.Com want update their factory equipment, they have already used the old CNC lathe, but most of the knife tools can not achieved their precision, but the newest machine they do not know it can be work or not, so they send the parts to our factory and made the test, final our engineer give them a perfect result. When they place an order, our engineer go to their factory and help them installed and tested the lathe. Now they became our terminal customer, when they have problem, our factory offered online support, and some of test will done by our factory and give them the technical feedback.
